We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased.
Mini-Courses
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A refund or credit will not be available under any circumstances.
Full Course and Community
If you join the course, watch modules 0 and 1, complete the assessment and planning form, and don’t think the course is the right fit, let us know (by emailing us at info@marybarbera.com) within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund your money.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days of purchase are invalid and will not be honored.
Subscriptions & Memberships
No refunds are available for paid recurring subscription/membership fees. However, you can cancel your subscription/membership at any time by emailing a cancellation request to info@marybarbera.com.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 days prior to your next bill date to avoid future charges. Once your cancellation is submitted, you will retain access until the end of your current billing month or year.
High-Touch Coaching
If you are not satisfied with the content of one of our courses, you may request a refund of the purchase price paid by sending an email to info@marybarbera.com within 14 days of the date of your initial purchase.
